The Debut Episode of ArenaCast

Posted by JP in Podcast Update

July 25th, 2008

So finally people decided to stop dodging recording the show and we were able to sit down and complete the first episode of our little WoW eSports Podcast.

Myself, Nathan ‘Kint’ Quinn, and Samuel ‘oplaid’ Lingle sat down and talked about all things WoW eSports. Missing in action is Jared ‘vhell’ Coulston – hopefully we can have him on next time though.

I know that my mic level is much louder then the others. I’m really new to the audio world so hopefully by the next podcast or two I will have this sorted out (it’s not as easy as turning down my mic, trust me I tried – Skype is just annoying). Oddly enough my microphone died about 20 minutes after I finished editing the show so perhaps this was all a bad idea.

Also I’d like to thank Isolee for letting us use his music for intermission in the podcast. If you haven’t checked out his stuff please do so over at his website (http://waxdj.com/djs/6026/).
